Adhika Pradosh Vratam

Adhika Pradosh Vratam is a festival of Hindus mostly arranged by lovers of Vishnu. The main rituals of this day are Pradosh Puja and Pradosh fast, which are dedicated to Shiva. Worships of this Pradosh event are arranged in Abhishekam temples in India. Nandi is the God of Hindus, which is worshipped in Bull form. Vrat and Puja on Adhika Pradosh Vratam

Vrat on this Pradsosh festival is concluded at night, and after this, Puja acts related to Pradosham are started. In a fast conclusion, Vrat, the singing ceremony is arranged in which celebrators sing various names of Shiva. For performing the Puja act, Bilva leaves are used by Puja offering person as these are considered good for presenting this activity. After Puja and Vrat act, prayers to Shiva are offered as Thanking. Puja act is presented to Nani, an idol form of a bull with devotions. Nandi idols are decorated with flowers, and new Nandi clothes are presented to him. After full Nandi decorations, Puja worship is offered to him.
