Annakut is the festival day the Hindus celebrate and call Govardhan Puja. It is celebrated after the Diwali festival by all Diwali celebrators. The worshipped God at this event is called Krishna, and all the worship is presented to Krishna on this day. Women prepare dishes, and after making the dishes, they are decorated and offered to Krishna. This act by the Hindus is included in the thanks paid to Krishna. In addition, all the food dishes and worship presenters receive blessings from Krishna.

Various food dishes are made on this day and presented to God named Kirshna. The materials used to make this dish are green leaves of vegetables, wheat, and various other kinds of cereal. The dish maker must take a bath before making the dish. As the dish is prepared, it will be placed on the home top, where idols are kept after worship. In the morning, it will be presented to God Krishna after offering Puja to him.
Puja Vidhi related to Annakut
After making the dish, it is taken to the temple for offering to Kirshna. Before taking a dish to the temple, a bath is given to Krishna at the Holy rivers Ganga or Yamuna. After bathing, they are wrapped in beautiful clothes and decorated with jewelry. The fragrance is applied to them, and Puja Vithi is started. The Puja person must recite Manters along with the Puja. At the end of Puja, cooked Annakut dish will be taken as a Bhog.
