Dussehra

As the Navratri goes to the end, the celebrated event after it is called Dussehra. The Victory appreciated in this event is called the Rama victory. As the Rama is the God of Indian families so, for this purpose, they must celebrate all the victories of the Rama. The Rama victory appreciated today is the Victory of the Rama God from the Ravana. Great celebrations are arranged in india in respect of the Victory of the Rama God. 

History of the Rama Victory

Rama is the God of the Hindu community. He fought many wars for the survival of the Indians, and he got Victory as a result of those wars. The winner of the war was Rama, and the Looser of the war was Ravana. In this festival, the war appreciated is also the Rama Ravana war fought between the Rama and Ravan to get a victory over the evils. The Ravana lost the war due to his evil deeds, and the Rama won because he stayed on the right path. The Durga is also appreciated on the same day. 

Rituals related to Dussehra

• The cleaning ceremony is arranged at the event where the instruments used in daily life are cleaned. There are great rewards for cleaning the instruments. The Sarsawati promises to bless the person who will arrange the cleaning instrument ceremony and take a Saraswati bath in the temple. 
• All the idols from all over india are washed in the holy rivers. This is also called the idol-washing ceremony related to this festival. After washing the idols, they are taken to the temples where the Shiva idols are already present and ready to worship them. The foods cooked for the Durga are taken to the temples after the Poja and taken by everyone.
