Eid al-Adha

According to the Islamic calendar, the three days celebrated by the Muslims of india in the Hijjah month is called Eid al-Adha. According to the calendar of the Muslims, these three days’ celebrations are started from the day after the 9th day of the Hijjah month until the 12th day related to the Hajjah month. All the Muslims of india celebrate these three days with great devotion. The slaughtering activities are performed at the specific slaughterhouses of india that show the love of all Indian Muslims with the great Prophet named Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S).

- The animals dedicated to Qurbani are specific and named sheep and camels according to the rules for Qurbani in india. The lambs can also be taken under consideration for Qurbani purposes.
- The animal used for slaughtering the Eid al-Adha must have health, like the big healthy animals, and the age of the animals is also taken under view slaughtering. Small animals cannot be slaughtered, according to Islam.
- The way used while slaughtering must be according to Islam. Other than the Islamic slaughter rules, the Qurbani would not be accepted by God. Divide the meat of the slaughtered cow according to the Islamic rules for dividing the Qurbani meat.
