Ekadanta Sankashti Chaturthi

Ekadanta Sankashti Chaturthi is the holy Chaturthi day when Ganesha and the avatars of Ganesha are worshipped. Narasimha Purana is the script of Hindus where the old Hindus have written the importance of this day. According to Narasimha Simha Purana, Krishna has told this Chaturthi day importance to Yudishtra; that is why, Yudhistra is also worshipped on this Sankashti day. 

Rituals related to Ekadanta Sankashti Chaturthi

Ganesha fasts and Puja are the primary ritual acts on this day, arranged with great devotions in honour of Ganesha and Vishnu. Celebrators get up early and take their holy bath in Ganga, and after taking a bath, they come to the temple to offer prayers to Ganesha. A fasting person can eat fruits and little water while fasting. Moon is worshipped as it appears, and moon lovers offer Lighted lamps to her. Ganesha idols are decorated with garlands of Durva grass and flowers. At the end of all rituals, Bhog is distributed, and Ganhesa Manters are recited. 

Ekadanta Sankashti Chaturthi (Importance) 

Ekadanta Sankashti celebrator will live an easy life, and due to moon worship, the offering persons are blessed with a place in the private room of Ganesha named Svananda Lok. Potatoes and peanuts are used to conclude fast as a Satvik food, and vegetables are significantly cooked for giving to deservres as a charity product. Due to the Charity activity, the charity activity performer will receive Ganesha health from him. For ancestors, prayers are performed by taking the name of ancestors for whom prayers are to be performed, and he is also blessed with Sovananda Lok, the place of Ganesha.
