Gajanana Sankashta Chaturthi

Gajanana Sankashta Chaturthi is the Chaturhti day on which the Gajanana form of Ganesha is worshipped. Vrat is also presented to the Ganesha avatar named Vinayaka Chaturthi, and Shuka is associated with it. Vinayaka Vrat of this day is also called Hara Vrat and is sometimes presented in the Ashada and sometimes offered in the Shavan according to the calendar of Hindus. The Murhurat activity of this Chaturthi is called Shubh Muhuhrat.
