Ganga Pujan

Ganga Pujan is the festival of Hindus celebrated in honour of Ganga. Ganga is the holy Goddess of Hindus and is worshipped on this Pujan day. This day is also celebrated as the birthday of the Ganga, and the Goddess’s birthday celebrations are performed. Besides the Ganga goddess, the Ganga river is also revoked, and great goddess prayers are presented. Shiva Puja is performed. 

Celebrations on Ganga Pujan 

• The birthday celebrator of Ganga has to take a bath, and after taking a bath, he has to decorate the Goddess of Ganga.
• Women mainly arrange this day due to Ganga Devi worships. As the day concludes, the Goddess fasting person must recite Manters. 
• Prepare Ganga food and mix Ganga water in it. One who uses this food will be blessed with Goddess’s blessings. 
• Offer charity products to deservers, and after offering charity food, offer prayers to her and Vishnu. 
• For providing a strict fast, the fasting person cannot use fruits and water even. In addition, Bhajans are recited in Manders on this Pujan day. 

Ganga Pujan (Significance) 

Use Ganga water to place it in the Puja bowls and wash the Goddess’s idols. Ganga water is holy, and it has Health blessings. Ganga Puja person gets positivity in life and is filled with happiness. In addition, the charity activities add to the wealth, and the charity person receives prayers from the person who shared the charity products. Harmful deeds are finished, and the fasting person got protected by God.
