Gangaur

Gauri is the most famous Goddess of the Indian people, followed by Indian women. Gangaur is a festival in the history of India that is embraced in honor of Gauri. Gangaur is named the love festival. Other than the love festival, it is also named a marriage festival. The young girls and boys of the Indian people celebrate Gangaur for instant marriage. Special prayers are offered to the Gauri for demanding instant marriage from it. All the unmarried girls and boys take part in this festival. There are special love scenes between girls and boys at this festival. Other than unmarried girls, married women also take part in this festival. Celebrators also make images of Shiva. After making the pictures of Shiva, they are specially decorated with different colors and flowers. After taking pictures of Shiva, they are dressed in a well-designed dress and taken to the top place in the temple of Shive to offer Poja to it, in addition to this. There are long-day fasts that are also offered to Shiva on Gangaur.

Gangaur celebrations
