Guru Purnima

Guru Purnima is the event that will be celebrated on the 3rd of July in India to inform the people about the features of teachers. All the characteristics of a good teacher are told to everyone at the event to show them how a teacher is essential to living a good life. According to the speakers of the day in india, the person who adds light to the life of a person and removes darkness from his life is called a teacher, and he is the most respectful person in society. He will be awarded great respect on the day of Guru Purnima.

Guru Bath

The person who will celebrate must take a fresh bath in the rivers Ganga and Yamuna. The Hawan activities are also conducted midday after the Puja activities to make the Guru happy. The people go in groups to the Ganga river for a great Guru bath. 

Yajna Activities

As the Hawan activities are completed, the Yajna activities are offered to the Guru. According to the beliefs of Hindus, there are excellent Guru skills received by the Yajna conducting person on the event day. According to the Guru followers, Yajna activities have specific effects on health.  

Vyas Guru Puja

The Puja is also offered to the Guuru and has a name, Vyas Puja. The Vyas Puja is presented to the Guru in front of the idol of the Guru. The Guru gives great lessons in reward of Puja to the Vyas Puja offering person. The bowls are used while the Vyas Guru Puja is decorated with white and red flowers.

Guru Gifts

Few people offer clothes to the Guru. The clothes offered to the Guru are decorated well by the designs made on them. The garlands made of red flowers are presented to the Guru in respect of the Guru, and the Guru also blesses the wreath, showing the person his special blessings.
