Hanuman Puja

Hanuman Puja is the Puja Vithi offered to Hanuman on his Jayanti by his followers. There are sixteen steps involved while offering Puja to him. The most provided step among all the Puja steps is Sankalpa. After Sankalpa, Avahana is performed along with the third step, Dhyana. Asana is Puja’s fourth step, and Padya is included in the fifth step of Puja related to the Hanuman. All the steps involved in offering Puja to Hanuman are given below. 

Necessary Steps Involved in Offering Hanuman Puja.

• Sankalpa 

Water will be taken in the cleaned right hand, and Manter will be recited. 

• Avahana

The Puja offering person has to join both hands and bow in front of the Idol. 

• Dhyana 

In this step, Chant Mantra will be recited before the Hanuman God idol.

• Asana 

 Flowers will be presented to the Hanumana as the gift of Puja and to make him happy.

Significance of offering Hanuman Puja to Hanuman on Hanuman Jayanti 

Puja offering person will receive blessings from Hanuman due to offering Puja to him. After bathing, a puja offering person has to wear a new Hanuman dress. Laddo will be cooked as it is the favorite food of this God. While offering Puja to him, Katha is recited along with Mantra. Puja offering person will be blessed with happiness and mental strength. Malefic effects related to the planets are not affected by the Hanumana Puja Vithi performer. In addition, the Puja persons are also blessed with good luck, and their financial conditions are also improved.
