Jayaparvati Vrat Ends

Fast presented by the Indian women in honor of Parwati and Jaya is called Jayaparvati Vrat End. Jaya is the most worshipped goddess after the Parwati, so Jaya is also worshipped at this event. This fast is majorly offered by the girls who are not married as they provide it to get a good husband from Parwati and Jaya through their blessings. Krishna Paksha is related to this Vrat as Jayaparvati Vrat ends after the celebrations of Krishna Paksha. 

Vrat information about Jayaparvati Vrat Ends

The Vrat offered married women and unmarried girls not to use salty food till the end of Vrat time. As the Vrat time will be concluded, they can only use Satvik food to complete the Jayparwati Vrat. As this fast is presented for more than four days, the celebration of this Vrat is also arranged for more than four days. Till the end of Vrat, Seed Pot is taken to the temple and worshipped there. Nagla, in the decorated form, is also presented to Parwati.

As the Vrat’s last day comes, the fasting persons, including married women and unmarried girls, have to wake till the morning, and they have to present Bhajan and sing the songs and Manters in honor of Parwati and Jaya. Hymns are also sung on this Vrat day, and the awaking of the all-fasting person on this event is called Jayaparvati Jagran.
