Kedara Gowri Vratham

Kedara Gowri Vratham is the festival of the Hindus celebrated in the Indian states. The central Indian state in which it is arranged is Southern india, where the Tamil Badu communities are present. The event’s celebrations are related to the Lakshmi Puja and Diwali events. The Puja works are performed in respect of Vishnu and Diwali days. It is arranged for the ten days the various activities are performed. In those celebrations, prayers, fasting, and Puja work are completed. 

Works on Kedara Gowri Vratham

• Home cleaning and bathing are the primary tasks of this day. The bathing task is done to get free from all sins committed in the present or future. 
• Kalasam is taken, and the water is filled in it. After filling the water in the Kalasam, the Basil leaves are placed inside it. It is an important activity performed on Kedara Gowri Vratham. 
• Kalsam filled with water and Basil’s leaves are placed on the plate filled with the rice grains, and Vratham tasks are started. Before doing this, you have to wear a religious dress. 
• 21 Clothe pieces are offered to God as a gift of God. The Puja works performed on the event day are called Visarjana Puja. The clothes given to God by celebrators are donated to the poor after the festival end. 
• The thread is worn by females and comprises more than 21 holy threads. Wearing fleece on the event leads to protection against the enemy.
• The Visarjana Puja is performed at the end of Kedara Gowri Vratham. The reward of the Visarjana blessings is the Vishnu and Shiva blessings.
