Lakshmi Puja 12 November

The festival in which the Puja is offered to Lakshmi is named Lakshmi Puja. When the Dewali is celebrated in India, the Lakshmi Puja is also celebrated in different areas of India. For this purpose, the homes got appropriately cleaned, and special worship was offered to the Lakshmi. The idols already present in any home are taken from there and placed in the old Idol’s Manders. The new models of the Lakshami are taken from the bazaars and placed in homes at a particular place in the house. Cookies are made in the bazaars on Lakshmi Puja, and the new idols of Lakshmi are placed on them.

Works to do on Lakshmi Puja

• First of all, in honor of the Lakshmi Puja day, you have to get up fast after midnight and take a bath in th holy rivers.
• Come to the homes after taking the holy baths in the sacred rivers on Lakshmi Puj and find out the idols of the Lakshami where you had placed last year.
• After finding the idols, take them to the Ganga and wash them there. If you can afford it, you can also buy the new models of the Lakshami from the bazaars.
• Take the idols to the homes of the Mander of Lakshmi. In addition, you can also take the standards to the open place where you can worship them as idols.
• Before taking the idol of Lakshmi to the temple or the open place, decorate it beautifully. Use red flowers while decorating the models of Lakshmi.
• As the idol of Lakshmi is fully decorated, wrap red cloth on it and wash it with oil; but it does not get so much wet while bathing, wash it with a little oil quantity.
• Now it’s time to offer the Puja to Lakshmi. Light up the Lakshami Diya and start the Puja by taking those Diya in hand and getting the unlimited blessings of the Lakshami.
