The Sakat is the most important Goddess of all Hindus, and Puja worship is offered to her for different reasons. The main motive of fasting to the Sakat is to get her blessings for the children and the husband’s long life. The unmarried offers it to get married to the ones to whom they want to marry.

• The offered worships to the Lambodara on this festival are prayers, fasts, Puja, and food cooking acts for him. The prayers are taken just after bathing in the holy rivers by coming to the temples. 
• Tobacco cannot be used on this day as it is not allowed according to the rules of celebrations of this event. One who uses the smoking on this day, the Ganesh, would not accept all his offered worship.
