Maha Sangada Hara Chathurti

Maha Sangada Hara Chaturthi is the Hindu event celebrated in the Krishna Paksha month in india. Ganesh is called God day on this festival, and worship is also offered to him. Upvaas activity is observed on the morning of the festival day. People present fast; when they see the moon in the day, they break the fast keep, and a second prayer is offered to the Ganesh. The Ganesh Manters are recited in the temples by his followers.

Ganesh Puja

The Ganesh Puja is the main ritual activity of this event performed in the Ganesh Manders. People take the idols of Ganesh to the temple and decorate them with flowers. The new clothes presented by the celebrators are also worn to the Ganesh, and after complete Ganesh decoration, the Puja is offered to him with great devotion. Women prepare food for Ganesh and present it to him before Puja. Children come to the temple and buy Ganesh idol toys to play with them. The Ganesh bath is also taken in his temples as it is considered an essential part of the Puja.
