Narak Chaturdashi

It is an event with various names in india. The first name dedicated to the Narak Chaturdashi event is Roop Chaudas. The second name offered for this event is Choti Dewali, and the last is Kali Chaturdashi. The month in which the event is organized is called Kartik. The worships of the day are gifted to the Mahakali. The other name used for great events is Light event, as it was the day when the good won over the evil in the war between the gods. It can also be called shine day. In the name of the gods worshipped on a minor basis during this event, the name of the Shiva God is also included. 

Items for Puja

For offering the Puja to the gods, various materials are required. The main items on the list of required materials are oil and flowers. The sandalwood is necessary to have while offering Puja to God. Otherwise, the Puja will be incomplete. 

Prasad material

The items included in the Prasad are Sesame seeds and rice fakes. The Ghee and the Sugar can also be used as the items of Prasad for distribution in the temples. The Narak prayers are also offered in the temples while offering Puja in the Mander. 

Bathing water 

For taking a bath, prepare special water for it. Add the leaves mentioned as Apamarga leaves in the water used while bathing. As you will take a bath, it will be necessary for the bath taker person to apply Sesame oil if he offers Puja to the Lords. 

Kajal and Manter recitation

At all the event celebrations, they have to wear decorated clothes and apply an item to the eyes named Kajal that will protect the person from the eyes, which will be evil. Recite God Manters till the end of the day and stay holy for god’s blessings.
