Onam

The festival presented in the state named Kerala is called Onam. There are various crops in india harvested on the event day. All the event celebrators come to the ground and offer puja to the Sun. The Mahabali is the Kerala king and is also welcome on the event day. The month in which the event is celebrated is named, Chingam, the first month according to the calendar related to the Malayalam community. 

Celebrations on Onam

• This is the Indian festival that is celebrated for ten days in the Kerala area. The central part of the event is the feast, called with particular on occasion. The name used for dinner on the great event named, Onasadya. 
• In the Onasadya feast, more than thirteen dishes are cooked and presented to the Rama and Vishnu. After the Puja activity of the day, it is served to the people who offer Puja to the Rama at the event.
• There is a proper way to present food to the Puja people. For this purpose, the leaves of certain plants are used, and the plant whose leaves are used to offer a feast to the people is named the Banana plant. 
• As this event consists of ten days, the rituals are distributed on different days. The short ceremony is offered till the end of the festival, and the older adults present it.
• The Puja ceremonies are arranged after the one day of each Puja ceremony in the various Lord temples. The top lords worshipped at the event are Krishna and Vishnu, and Puja works are also offered to them.
