Pitrupaksha Begins the holy festival of the Hindus that is celebrated in the Hindusim for more than 16 days. All the worship offered on this day is dedicated to all ancestors that are not present in the world and have died and reached the heaven room of God. Traditions related to the Pitrupaksha Begin
Three parts of worship are offered on Pitrupaksha Begins.
First part
The name that is used for dedicating the first part of the worship is Pind Daan. All the worship offered in this part of the worship is committed to all ancestors of the worship offering persons. The Pind is the type of food prepared on this special day. For preparing the Pind food, certain materials are necessary. In those items, desi ghee is required. The rice balls are made on this day using ghee and honey. The grains of rice are added to the mixture of ghee and honey. A small quantity of sugar is added to that mixture and then turned into round-shaped balls. Get them cod for a few hours and present them to the ancestors.
Second part
In the second part of the worship, another food is made. The food that is made is named Tarpan. For making this food, Barley and Kusha grass is necessary. All the materials are mixed. At the end of making all the food, other materials are showered on the food, named black Sesame. All the food is presented to the ancestors. A small amount of the Tarpan is taken to the temple to show it to the Lord. Puja is also offered to the Lord by taking this Tarpan in hand and then distributed among the Puja offering persons. One who eats the Tarpan is awarded the blessings of the God of the day on Pitrupaksha Begins.
Third part
This is the essential part of the worship presented on Pitrupaksha Begins. In this part of the worship, all the food items prepared in the first two parts are offered to the Brahmins. All the reward of making the food in the first two parts of the worship is gotten in this part of the worship. In addition, the Stories of the older adults are also listened to to know how the ancient people celebrate this festival to get the lesson from it. God also gives the award if the worshipper recites its Manter while offering his Puja. This leads to the success of a worshipping person, and he can enjoy a great life.
