It started at 11:04 am and ended at 01:37 pm. The whole duration of this festival was about more than two hours. The Panchami activity started at 03:22 pm and was finished at 02:49 pm. The Panchami activity started on the 31st of August and ended on the 1st of September.

On this day, there is a unique fast that certain people offer. The name of the fast that is provided on Rishi Panchami is named as Rishi Panchami fast. It is necessary for the person who wants to worship the Sages to take the Bath. After taking the Bath, Go to Sage’s temples where the Sages will be placed and offer them the unique Puja. All seven Sages will present in the Lines in one by one order. The Rishi is the God worshipped to get forgiveness for all sins of the person’s life. The Sage to whom you want to honor must be present in your Front, and then Puja it by the particular dress color suggested by the people there. Use the flowers in the bowl you use to offer the Puja. Get the Puja bowl and ready it by following the following steps.

  • Buy flowers from the bar that are yellow are red and then wash them with the water that is flowing through the Temple. 
  • Buy a beautiful bowl that is painted very well, and it is necessary to wash it with the water that is flowing in the Mander.
  • Place the washed flowers in the cleaned bowl and then place them in the whole place as it will be your Poja bowl that you will use for offering the Puja.
  • On the festival day, take the bowl with you and come to the Temple where you have taken water for washing the bowl and start offering Puja there.
