Event on which Shiva is worshipped with Shiva fast and Puja is called Shivarathri. It is an important festival for Hindus due to the Shiva worships as Shiva is the second Hindu God after Vishnu. Tithi on which this festival is celebrated is called Chaturdashi Tithi, and Month is called Magha. Every year, it is arranged on the 18th of January in Indian cities according to the Gregorian calendar.
