Vaikuntha Ekadashi

Vaikuntha Ekadashi is the influential Hindu Ekadashi on which the Shri Hari is worshipped. The Shri Hari is the form of Vishnu, and it is only the most distinctive form of Vishnu. This event is only arranged in the southern cities of india. Fasting has various impacts on this day; one who offers fast is awarded the Vishnu salvation and life happiness. The ancestors of the fast offering persons are also blessed with the Vishnu blessings and salvation due to the delivery quickly of his offspring.

Rituals related to Vaikuntha Ekadashi

• Like the other events, the celebrators must take a daily bath to get holiness. After the bathing, he has to move to the nearby temple for the Puja works and to offer prayers to God. 
• The Prasad is presented to the Gods, and Bananas are placed in front of the Idols of God. People sang Shiva Manters to appreciate the Shiva, and Shiva blessed them in return. 
• The offered fast is broken with the Satvik foods. Only the Satvik foods can be taken while breaking the fast in which garlic is absent. Rice cannot be eaten as they are not allowed to eat at this event.
