Vikata Sankashta Chaturthi

Vikata Sankashta Chaturthi is the Hindu gala on which worship is presented to Ganesha idols. It is celebrated after the celebrations of Krishna Paksha. The month of this celebration is Vaishakha, and various worships like fast and Ganesha prayers are presented to Ganesha from the start to the end of this event.

Men offer Puja to Ganesha for power and Ganesha blessings. In addition, Puja to Ganesha continues till the festival’s end.

As the Modak is the most eaten food of the Ganesha so it is mainly taken and cooked by women following Ganesha. For Ganesha’s happiness, prayers are posted to the third Ganesha avatar. Charity activities are performed to get wealth from Ganesha, and clothes with Luddo are given to deservers.
